Refunds and Exchanges

For all refunds, customers will need to send through an email with all the order details to start the process. Items returned must be in the original state in which they were sold. Once the request has been received, an email will be sent to the customer to confirm that the item can be sent back to be assessed to start the process. 

Change of mind:

For a change of mind return, a 30% restocking fee will be charged. This will be calculated and advised in the confirmation email. 

Faulty items:

If items are damaged or faulty, pictures must be also be included in the email with the order details.

Time frame:

Once we have received the item, an email will be sent as confirmation that it will be refunded. Please allow up to 2 business days for refunds to be processed. The time frame for replacements to be processed may differ. This will be discussed with the customer as new parts may need to be ordered. 

Return postage:

Customers will be responsible for all costs related to postage. If we have made an error, we will be responsible for the postage costs.
